We hope you love your piece — every item in our shop is handmade with care using natural gemstones. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns: Exchange or Store Credit (7 Days)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for either:
- An exchange, or
- Store credit (in the form of a digital gift card / store credit code)
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition (no damage, no alterations, no signs of wear)
- Returned in original packaging
Returns requested after the 7-day window may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- A brief reason for the return
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, etc.).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.
If the new item costs more, you can pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining value will be issued as store credit.
Store Credit Details
- Store credit is issued after we receive and inspect your return.
- Store credit does not expire.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To keep things fair and hygienic, we do not accept returns for:
- Items showing wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned after 7 days
- Final sale items (if applicable)
- Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- The item
- The packaging (including any damage)
- The shipping label (if visible)
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
