Thank you for shopping with us! Each piece in our store is handmade and made to order, which means we begin creating your jewelry specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

Processing Time (Made to Order)

All items are made to order and typically ship within 2 weeks (14 business days) of order placement.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.
  • During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll notify you.

Shipping Time (Transit)

Shipping time begins once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier. Transit times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping option.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see the package:

  • Check with household members/neighbors
  • Look around your delivery area
  • Contact the carrier directly for next steps

If your package appears lost in transit (no tracking movement for an extended time), reach out and we’ll help you file a claim when applicable.

International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
  • Customs processing can cause delays outside our control.
